At the Restaurant Bladen the influences of the simple and genuine cuisine of the Dolomites blend with the variety of mediterranean cuisine.
Our Chef prepares not only typical dishes of Sappada such as dumplings and stuffed mezzelune, but also traditional italian dishes. At the end of the meal, we recommend a roundup of our typical homemade desserts. It is the tradition of our Chef to choose as many local products as possible and follow the trend of seasonal availability.
A dish prepared and presented by an expert stimulates the senses and invites you to pleasant moments.

Breakfast in the Dolomites
The day must start well
The day at Hotel Bladen starts with a generous breakfast, served from 7:30 – 10:00 am.
Our rich buffet offers you different types of bread, homemade cakes, regional cold cuts and a choice of mountain cheeses. We offer a selection of jams, juices, honey, butter, fresh fruits, yogurt, various cereals and muesli . And for those who wish, also breakfast à la carte.
The Bladen Bar
The Bladen Bar is a popular meeting point for locals and guests as well as a place that invites you to slow down and relax.
For lunch we offer a small menu with selected dishes that changes daily and that you can enjoy while admiring the Dolomite peaks of Mount Siera, in summer also on our sun terrace.
At dusk, when the mountains turn pink while Sappada lights up, is the ideal time for a cocktail. Our barman mixes classic drinks and new creations, with or without alcohol.

You can enjoy breakfast in our dining room with a fantastic view of the Dolomites. During the summer season, on request and based on availability, also on our panoramic terrace.
